These terms govern your use of ZolaHub Docs, a workspace for preparing invoices, quotations, proposals, agreements and letters.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not access another person's account or attempt to interfere with the service.

Document accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing all information before sending or relying on a document, including amounts, taxes, payment details, names and dates. Templates and calculations are convenience tools, not accounting, legal or tax advice. Verify legal and tax requirements relevant to your business and jurisdiction.

Content ownership

You retain responsibility for the content you enter. You authorise the service to store, display, process and export that content to provide the requested functionality. Do not upload unlawful content or information you are not permitted to use.

Sharing links

Read-only document links are accessible to anyone holding a valid link. You are responsible for deciding which documents to share and with whom. Links can be revoked or may expire automatically.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the service. Keep your own copies of important documents. We may change features and these terms; updated terms will be posted here.

Account closure

You can delete your account in Settings. Deletion is permanent from the active service database and may not be reversible. Export any information you need before deleting the account.
