Can I use Docs free today?

Yes. You can create, save, download and share documents free today. Monthly document limits will begin when paid plans launch. Custom logos also remain available during this free launch period.

Can I subscribe to Pro now?

Not yet. Pro subscriptions are coming soon. The prices above show the planned monthly and annual options; there is no checkout or payment to make today. Reminders, view tracking and recurring invoices are planned Pro features.

What will count as a new document?

When allowances begin, a new document will count when you first save it. Opening an untouched template will not count. Edits, downloads, printing and sharing again will not count. A saved duplicate will count as a new document; converting a saved quotation into an invoice will not use an additional allowance. Deleting a document will not restore the allowance.

What happens if I reach the free limit or downgrade?

When paid plans launch, reaching the free limit will pause creation of new documents until your allowance resets or you upgrade. Existing documents will remain accessible for editing, downloading and sharing. Downgrading will not delete them or remove logos from documents you already created.

Is annual billing a monthly payment?

No. The planned annual price is KES 3,000 paid once for a year. Monthly billing is KES 300 per month. Annual billing saves KES 600 compared with twelve monthly payments.
